About Andy Harrington

Since 1975 Andy Harrington has been an independent distributor of Lindal Cedar Homes in Hawaii. Having helped hundreds of clients realize their dream of building a home in Hawaii, he specializes in the design, planning and construction of tropical custom homes. Andy is a licensed Contractor in the State of Hawaii (#BC20011) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Kauai Landmark Realty. With over 47 years of experience, Andy has the expertise needed to make your Hawaiian dream home project a complete success from concept to completion.

KaNoe, is Big Island born and raised, from the beautiful town of Kealakekua. She has had a career in law since 2004 and is an active volunteer and member of various organizations. She is diverse in her associations and knowledge; of our Islands, it’s people and all who visit. She is well versed in Hawaiian culture and lives to perpetuate the aloha spirit in all that she endeavors.
Having had six years of experience and hands on duties in construction, she’s honored to be a part of Cedar Homes of Kaua’i and will continue to represent her core values of integrity, attentiveness and compassion.

We know that building a home can be a daunting task and that is why we streamline the design, planning and construction processes offering many of the services you will need to ensure a smooth and successful project.
Lindal Building Material Packages
Initially, we will visit your building site to discuss home placement and design, provide a price for the materials package, and prepare a site plan. Lindal provides the architectural drawings and the customized high-quality material package specifically for your custom floorplan in one shipment. We will do a complete building material inventory upon arrival and will make frequent job site visits to document construction progress.

If you haven’t purchased your piece of paradise yet, Andy Harrington is a Hawaii licensed realtor with Kauai Landmark Realty and can help you find the perfect site for your dream home.
